About 800 doctors of SSDMiS TK begin receiving collective denial

The last negotiations between the Trade Union of the Doctors of Medicine and Dentistry and the Government of the Tuzla Canton did not reach an agreement last week, nor did the interruption of the collective strike in health institutions that has been conducted for the third week in this area.

In addition to this, as announced earlier, doctors from this area started with the procedure of giving individual cancellations, which will make the health system of the Tuzla Canton, if the solution is not quickly found, be brought into collapse. The Government of the Tuzla Canton and the Trade Union of Doctors of Medicine and Dentistry have not reached an agreement in the negotiations.

A general strike in health care institutions continues, as no decision on the representativeness of the Union has yet been made, and today doctors started the procedure of fetching. The Trade Union does not hide the disappointment and outrage over the attitude of the Government of TK, and the Government, on the other hand, claims that it must comply with certain legal procedures.

"Personal resignations, no collective resignation, but in some areas we already have 80 percent of the signatures. Some colleagues thought that this would be easier and that the Government would recognize us as social partners and recognize us for what we are. On the other hand, members of the Government of TK claim that they have to comply with the court decisions of 2016 and 2017 in connection with the recognition of the representativeness of the Trade Union of Doctors and Dentists.
