Germany offers money to asylum seekers who leave the country

The German authorities have offered money to a number of asylum seekers if they return to their home countries before February.

Almost a hundred thousand refugees are offered close to a thousand euros.

Aela Callan spoke in Bavaria with an Afghan who rejected the offer.
