And the Montenegrin municipality to punish "scummy" tourists

In the perspective, Budva, when solving more priority problems, could start the footsteps of Croatian Hvar and begin to finely punish the naked tourists, while the pockets would be "hit" and those who are drunk in the city and spend the night outdoors.

For example, walking in a swimsuit on the beach in Hvar is punishable with 600 euros, and 100 euros will pay those women who have only the upper part of the costume, and men who find themselves in the streets without a shirt or a shirt.

A fine of 700 euros is foreseen for everyone who is in a drunken state on the street or with a bottle in his hand.

The chairman of the Chamber of Tourism Association of the Chamber of Commerce, Dragan Ivančević, gives "green light" such a decision, stating that in this way the better tourist clients will be animated.

"The goal of the tourist economy is the elimination of all elements of primitivism, that is, that which does not correspond to the Mediterranean mentality. For example, a bar in the open creates a huge noise, and hence such a place gathers people dressed so that they are not covered with intimate body parts, "Ivancevic said.

He said that the Committee did not consider the decision of the mayor of Hvar, but with the certainty that it would not be characterized as radical.

"We certainly feel that it is necessary to restrict tourists and citizens in this regard, to introduce a certain dress code that must be respected, limit them where it is allowed and expect intimate body parts to be shown," Ivancevic said.

Even the mayors of the Montenegrin coastal municipalities - Budva, Kotor and Ulcinj - have nothing against the penal policy that refers to an inappropriate jersey outside the beach, such as walking in a bathing suit on the streets of the city, they even consider it potentially useful.

However, they believe that such decisions should be implemented at the state level, not at the local level.
