The new RTV charge collection model opened a series of questions.

In the part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the part of one entity, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, since August, a new model of collecting RTV-tax has been followed through electricity bills. This raised a number of questions, including whether this model is feasible.
