Pandurevic: SDS tomorrow proposes amendments to the Law on Excise

The Club of Deputies of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina will send tomorrow a parliamentary procedure for amending the Law on Excise Duty on Urgent Proceedings.

- We expect support from all of our colleagues who were against the increase of excise taxes last year, but also those who in the meantime realized that citizens can not withstand this price increase - said the chairman of this club, Aleksandra Pandurevic, at the press conference in East Sarajevo.

The amendments, as she explained, would have put an end to the law, which in December last year increased tolls by 15 fening plus VAT, which means that the fuel prices per liter would be reduced by 18 fening or 10 KM per tank.He claims that the current reduction in the fuel price of five fening in the RS is only "cosmetic and pre-election", since the RS government, obviously, obviously protects the "interests of individuals from the government and the oil cartel".

- Citizens protested what they think, and every serious and responsible government needs to understand and react, to work in the interests of the people. Power is the one that should serve the people, and not the other way around - said Pandurevic.
