Stricter penalties: How much will you pay for traffic violations? We have an answer

Amendments to the Law on the Basis of Traffic Safety on Roads in BiH criminal policy in the area of traffic violations is significantly strengthened.

The same fine was also foreseen for the eventual rejection of the alchette or driving a car 30 kilometers per hour more than the speed limit.

The penalty for driving a child in the front seat is also 400 KM, as well as driving an unregistered vehicle. For this offense, a driving license is also seized for a period of two months, as well as additional two penal points.
