SLOVENIA will start applying the Arbitration Tribunal's decision from Saturday to determine its borders with Croatia.

The Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs has urged Slovenia to refrain from unilateral implementation of measures aimed at attempting to change the situation on the ground and on a constructive dialogue on border issues, the Ministry said.
