Hungary has adopted a law on the punishment of migrants

On Wednesday, the Hungarian parliament adopted a set of laws called Stop-Soros, which, at the incentive of Prime Minister Viktor Orban, is punishing the help that NGOs provide to migrants.

Orban, before being re-elected for the third consecutive term in April, promised a new law for illegal immigrant organizers, which was adopted with 160 votes to 18. The new prosecution brings a sentence of up to one year imprisonment to any person helping a person who has illegally entered to Hungary from a country that is not in the Schengen area, if her life is not in danger.

The bill was preceded by a change to the Constitution which stipulates that no instance can change the composition of the Hungarian population, and this provision would determine the allocation of the quota of the migrant unconstitutional. Orhan accuses the US billionaire of the Georgian country of George Soros, who is the driving force behind the defense of the West, its non-governmental organizations are leading mass immigration to the EU, which Soros denies.
