Tourists in BiH are dissatisfied with the lack of water, they want more ATMs, playgrounds, public toilets ...

Thousands of tourists are returning from our country every year with nice memories of friendly hosts, rich nature, culture, history, tradition ... Although most of them are satisfied with their stay in BiH, it is not difficult for them to admit that they lack water in Sarajevo or ATMs in Travnik.

Dissatisfied tourists rarely knock on the door of the tourist communities in BiH. Only in cases of major incidents, foreigners in BiH seek the help of the authorities. Tourist boards are obliged to help tourists, and transfer most cases to those authorities that are responsible for solving a particular problem.

Missing entertainment content

Federal Minister of the Environment and Tourism Edita Djapo tells us that this institution did not receive any complaints from tourists in the past period, but, according to the survey and surveys, there was information about what tourists are missing.

"Tourists would like more ATMs in towns, public toilets, children's playgrounds and other facilities for children, and they also complained about the pocket money." Through analyzes, we saw that BiH is wonderful, but there are no entertainment content, especially for families. We created a public call for the allocation of funds to build more playgrounds and adrenaline parks, and to mark several biking trails, "Đapo emphasized.

Those visiting Sarajevo are the hardest to face with the disappearance of water. Also, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have an information center where tourists with complaints, complaints, criticisms or praises can come. Considering that a new Tourist Board of Sarajevo Canton was founded a few months ago, in accordance with the new Law on Tourism in KS, a database of this community is already being formed.

"We still do not have a place where tourists can contact us, we are preparing a study with foreign tourists that we will spend in this period." After the results of this research, we will be able to talk about the level of satisfaction of tourists in Canton Sarajevo, "Faruk Čaluk, v. D. Director of the Tourist Board KS.

Satisfied with prices and quality

As we learn from other cantonal tourist communities, the shortage of ATMs and playgrounds is almost always a problem. According to the Director of the Tourist Board of the Central Bosnia Canton Miroslav Matošević, I was surprised when, according to the results of the survey, the tourists were 92-98 percent satisfied with the price and quality of the tourist offer in this canton.

"We mostly surveyed tourists on Vlašić, what are they in hotels, what passersby We found out that they are most satisfied with the staff, hosts, gastronomic offer and information about a destination. Unfortunately, due to the domicile factor, they mostly complain about what they use with other residents Or the locals. On Vlašić they were dissatisfied with ski lifts, "says Matošević.

The Tourist Board of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton tells us that for 15 years of existence there were two or three comments from tourists.

"One person was attacked at a catering facility in Mostar, which we are forwarding to the police, because that is their jurisdiction. There are really no complaints coming to us," said Andrija Krešić, president of the Croatian Tourist Board.

During the tourist season, some attractive destinations in BiH get their ambulances. Fortunately, we find out that tourists with severe health problems rarely appear.

Without water, guarding from a jeep or running in search of a public toilet, this year thousands of Europeans and tourists from around the world visit BiH. Cities. Given that official data indicate that an increasing number of those who choose to spend their vacation in BiH each year, the authorities should show greater interest in maintaining this growth.
