Bosnians and Herzegovers are the seventh in terms of the number of EU citizen groups born outside the borders of that community, Eurostat reported.

The European Union Statistical Agency has explored the origin and habits of EU citizens, and one of the issues they defined in a major survey was the location of the birth of the Union's residents.

It turned out that there are 950,000 people living in the EU living in BiH.

The first place on the Eurostat list belongs to Morocco, with 2.3 million people. It follows Turkey with 2.08, Russia with 1.8, Algeria with 1.5, Ukraine with 1.1, India with 1.06 million people born in their homelands, now the possession of EU documents.

Albania is right behind BiH with 900,000 people.

Interestingly, China is, for example, in the EU "represented" by 820,000 people, and that the native Americans in the EU have 580,000.

Considering the total number of inhabitants of BiH, it is at the top of the number of people in the diaspora in the world.
