Considering that the concrete results of water samples from the Spreče river that have been polluted after leaking toxic substances from the "White Sea" of the Soda Factory in Lukavac, as well as the results of the analysis of the died fish, the group of fishermen and farmers on Saturday will organize peaceful protests in Poljice near Doboj.

The fishermen there also announce the lawsuits for compensation of damages against responsible persons in the Lukavac company. As is known, after the leak of toxic substance from the so-called "White Sea" Soda Soda Soda Factory in Lukavac, the fish fund in the Sprece River Basin was completely destroyed in Doboj. Although more than 15 days have passed, farmers and fishermen have not yet received the results of the analysis, which is why they announce peaceful protests that will be held on Saturday at Poljice near Doboj in the period from 13 to 14 hours.

"The dead fish is sent for expert testing, and the results are still missing. The same situation is with the samples of river water. Due to the situation and the fact that there are still no results, fishermen, farmers and other citizens who are endangered by the poisoning that has hit us, organize peaceful protests on Saturday.

In such a way, we will try to get justice, because we do not want our rivers to be polluted more, "Krix.ba president of Sport and fishing association Bosna Ratko Bogdanovic told.

Bogdanović also pointed out that a commission was formed that is working to assess the damage incurred and when they finish their work, the Sport and fishing company Bosnia will prepare lawsuits for compensation of damages against the authorities in the Sisak-based soda company in Lukačava. On the other hand, the heavy rainfall that have affected the Doboj region over the past few days, contributing to the purification of the white silt from the Spreča river basin and the surrounding land. "Rijeka is now returning to its natural turbulent state so rainfall is good, however, how much pollution of water I still do not we know, "added Bogdanovic.

After an ecological incident in the Spreče river basin in Doboj, Bogdanović reminded that the extermination of catfish, cats, pike, barbell, scallops and bumps was completely eradicated, and now it is not known when the conditions for new fertilization will be created.
