Izetbegovic, the OHR: Decisions of the Constitutional Court's binding

'Correcting injustices'

On the other hand, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mladen Ivanic said that the decision of the Constitutional Court is unnecessary and that it is not realistic to expect it to be implemented.
