Bottas won the race for the Grand Prix of Austria

Mercedesa driver Valter Bottas has won today in Formula One race for the Grand Prix of Austria.

Bottas has led from the beginning and has succeeded in rejecting Ferrari driver Sebastian Vetel's attacks. Bottas ended the clock, 21 minutes, 48 seconds, 527. The second place was taken by Vettel, and the third was Daniel Ricciardo of Red Bull, who managed to defend Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes. Fifth place took over Kimi Raikonnen from Ferrari, and sixth was Roman Grosjean from Haas. Bodies were also won by Force India drivers Sergio Peres and Esteban Okon, as well as Williams Felipe Massa and Lens Stroll drivers.

Vettel has increased the advantage in overall placement at 20 points compared to Hamilton. Vettel has 171 points, Hamilton 151, while Bottas is third with 136 points. The next race in the championship is scheduled for seven days at the Silverstone track for the Great Britain Prize.
