The British Telegraph writes that the US president should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his role in the reconciliation of North and South Korea

The Nobel Peace Prize Committee has a unique fetish to award a Peace Prize to left center politicians, regardless of their merits, writes Telegraph.

It mentions former US President Jimmy Carter, who at least truly engaged in decades of peace initiatives, for which he received the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize. The same prize was given to former US Vice President Al Gore in 2005 for his celebrity appearances on climate change.

Telegraph also mentions Trump's predecessor Barack Obama who in 2009 received a Peace Prize with an even weaker foothold. Namely, he was not in the position of the president of the United States for a year, but at the time he "achieved virtually nothing for peace at that time".

But it was a symbol of hope for left centrists around the world who could not imagine the anarchy that will happen in Libya or the endless wars that will lead the drones, writes Telegraph.

This year, they write, the prize should go to the American leader who finally deserved it - Donald Trump. But will the Nobel committee allocate the ideological hats under which it operates and give it a reward, the British daily asks. Additionally, this is supported by the comparison of Trump and Obama.

President Trump is everything that Obama was not. He is more a man right than a left. The boss is intensely despised by the majority in the world, especially the elite. Obama was fond of how much Trump was despised. However, the only thing that should matter is what Trump has achieved, as opposed to what Obama is not, writes Telegraph.

Is Trump on the verge of solution of one of the most dangerous crises?

They add that if Trump succeeds in reaching an end to the nuclear provocations of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, it will solve one of the most dangerous crises that the world is currently facing. In a text written before the summit of North and South Korea that took place yesterday, they write that Trump has the chance even to help bring the non-violent end of the war officially lasting for 67 years.

Recall, at the two Koreas' summit yesterday, their leaders agreed exactly - the end of the Korean War, which should be fully realized by the peace agreement by the end of the year.
